These packages will combine the appropriate mix of configuration, enablement and advisory dependent on the outcome. Available for purchase using Success Points or as a direct cash option.

Automation opportunities: If you find yourself repeatedly exporting data or performing the same manual steps month after month, that’s a red flag, there may be opportunities to automate those processes, freeing up your time for more valuable work. 2. Duration-based packages

Flexible service engagements scoped by time rather than outcome. These packages provide access to specialists for a continuum of service, ensuring ongoing support and expertise during the agreed period. Available for purchase only using Success Points.

SUCCESS ADVISORY

Our Customer Experience team partners with Success4U Professional customers throughout their journey, providing continuous advisory and collaboration to shape a personalized Success Plan. This plan evolves alongside your organization and our product, ensuring alignment with changing priorities and maximizing long-term value.
Customer Success Manager (CSM): your ongoing partner, guiding onboarding, adoption, and value realization. The CSM creates and tracks your Success Plan, orchestrates deliverables, and is your main contact for engagement and support.
Product Success Partner (PSP): is a member of the Customer Experience team who supplements the Customer Success Management community with deep product knowledge. PSPs can be invited into your meetings to provide contextually rich insight, information and advice.

SUCCESS POINTS

With a Professional subscription you gain access to Success Points – a flexible way to access Unit4 services when you need them. They allow you to purchase Success Packages at preferential pricing compared to direct cash payment, giving you cost efficiency, control, and simplicity without the complexity of traditional procurement.
