During COVID-19, a huge surge in service need happened, and the public sector had to find ways to adapt and meet this demand. Although most have focused on speed, quantity and cost effectiveness of services, the pandemic has opened the door to innovation. Yet, those who’ve seen changes have struggled with them.
Across different surveyed countries, those in Belgium are least likely (5%) to have fully compatible systems in place and are more likely than others to manually key data (43%) and manually export data between systems (57%).
